About Me

Having experienced the huge benefits of psychotherapy in my own life, I decided to train in it myself and support others in improving their own mental health. I take the view that just as you'd see a physiotherapist to help with your physical health, why wouldn't you see a psychotherapist to help with your mental health?

To get the most from psychotherapy you need to trust the person you're opening up to. Trust that they won't judge you, trust that they'll abide by their confidentiality agreement, know that they understand what you've gone through, and be confident they can help you to help yourself.  It can be difficult talking about what's going on in your head, what you've been through, overthinking and preoccupied with X, Y or Z, especially to some guy you don't know yet - even if he is trained and qualified. I offer therapy with all of this in mind.

I draw on a range of my own personal life experiences and mental health struggles - experiences that I've processed and overcome - so will only ever listen to you with an open mind and completely without judgement.
