My Approach
I offer a relaxed, completely non-judgemental approach to therapy for anyone aged 18+, to support you in better understanding and improving your mental health, focusing on what is most important to you. I will help you come to terms with what you're dealing with, often those memories, events, thoughts, and feelings that just won't shift; to process trauma/s; to improve self-esteem, confidence, assertiveness; overcome anxiety, depression, overthinking; addiction; narcissistic abuse; grief; loss; come to terms with a diagnosis; and to develop coping skills and strategies for an improved mindset and life. Our conversations are led by you but I facilitate and help structure your exploration of your experiences, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. I consider and approach you and your experience knowing it is unique to you, and avoid forcing a specific theory or model to apply.
Relational

Person-centred
Helps clients to find their own solutions through a supportive, non-judgmental space built on empathy, helping individuals achieve personal growth and self-actualisation through conversation led by you. With support, you will find your own way/s forward.
Integrative
A personalised approach to mental health that blends techniques from various therapeutic models to create an approach tailored to an individual's unique needs, rather than sticking to just one method.
